We listen to the client's vision and provide our expertise on how we could arrange the landscaping to fulfill that vision. We take measurements of the yard and house, then begin drawing. We present the plan to our client and when the approval is given, we begin working. New Dimensions Landscape & Design has a team of professionals that will listen to your requests and follow up with you during the entire installation process. We want our customers to feel comfortable with expressing any questions or concerns they may have during installation. Dale McQuillen
Owner/Designer
Dale founded New Dimensions Landscape & Design in 1982. He is the lead designer and salesman for his business. At the age of 21, Dale was running his business by knocking on doors, offering his yard services in a small neighborhood. Within a year, he bought a truck and began installing plants and trees for customers. He discovered he had a passion for landscaping and design and furthered his career with a degree in horticulture at Polk State College. Dale’s wife Sherry, and four children have always been behind his drive for success in life and his business. In 1989 Dale began his personal nursery of plants to watch his own plants progress into something he would later use in future jobs. He values family time and would take his boys to work with him multiple times a week. His vision was to build his company into a legacy that his boys could carry on in their futures. He takes pride in delivering plans that he creates himself. You will not find a more dedicated and talented landscaper than Dale McQuillen to design and create all of your landscaping dreams.
Jason McQuillen
Site Supervisor
Jason is lead site supervisor, sales rep, and one of the co-owners. He has need working with New Dimensions Landscaping & Designs for over 17 years, and is also the youngest son of Dale McQuillen, Owner and Founder of New Dimensions. After graduation he became an important asset to the company. Jason excels well in leadership and design. Jason is in charge of day to day operation on-site to make sure every single customer & transaction runs smoothly! Jason also has over 10,000 hours of tractor, and heavy machinery experience. Jason has proved over the years to be a leader in decision making, and best practices when it comes to your landscaping services.
Jon McQuillen
Lead Foreman
Jon has been with New Dimensions Landscape & Design for 18 years. At 18 years old, he began working for his father right out of high school. He knew his future would be his father’s business and that excited him. As Lead Foreman, he is responsible for organizing and executing the installation process correctly. He leads his crew and organizes the steps of installation for every job. His efficiency and attention to detail impresses customers and his friendly nature is key to his great relationships with them. He is present on every project during the entire process. As Dale’s oldest son, he has watched his father excel in the landscaping business his entire life. Dale creates the plan and with Jon’s multiple years of knowledge and talent, he brings Dale’s visions to life for every customer’s home and business.
Jeremy McQuillen
Sales/Designer
Jeremy is part of our Sales & Design team. He has worked for New Dimensions Landscaping and Design for 18 years. When he was in high school, he knew that his passion was in landscaping, working with his father and 2 brothers Jon and Jason. The recession hit Jeremy’s family and with his wife and new child, he was forced to make a career change in 2013. However, after two years, the opportunity to join his father’s team again was presented to him. His passion for landscaping had never left him and in 2016, he began working with his father and brother again. Just like his father, Jeremy’s determination is driven by his wife Lauren and their two children. He is excited for this opportunity to work next to his father, Dale, learning every aspect of the landscaping industry.
